We’re now looking for a Marketing Commerce Coordinator to join our fast-growing Marketing department in New York City. If you’re a true social media junkie who loves marketing and understands the value of it, you could be the missing puzzle to our ambitious team and vibrant office environment. 

YOUR CHALLENGE

In this role you’ll mainly be working with marketing on different social media platforms by building relationships within the Canadian market. On top of that you’ll also have the opportunity to participate and contribute to other projects regarding influencer marketing like store openings and other fun events. This is an innovative role where you get to use your communication skills and passion to drive sales and build a world class brand together with us.

  • Organized - You have a strong ability to multitask and have an organization system that allows you to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 
  • A Critical Thinker - Have the ability to use logic, data and reasoning to identify multiple solutions to problems and come to the best decision independently and as part of team. 
  • Data Driven - Use numbers and figures to make decisions both independently and as part of a team.
  • Results and Goal Oriented - You view goals as motivating factors to drive your professional growth. You take responsibility for your work and understand how it impacts the larger team's success and are proactive with a strong sense of responsibility. 
  • Persuasive - You're a natural negotiator with strong written and verbal communication skills - past sales experience preferred but not required. 
  • A Team Player - You have a can-do attitude and lead by example. 
  • Social Media Obsessed - You have extensive knowledge and understanding of social media in all shapes and forms. You are aware of the latest trends and emerging platforms. 
  • Have knowledge of the Canadian market - You have previously worked for a Canadian company, lived in Canada or just simply have a genuine interest in the market. 
  • Bi-lingual - You can speak fluent French - Quebec French preferred but not required.

YOU WILL

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with a variety of influencers and agents 
  • Identify and negotiate influencer partnerships across all social media platforms to drive brand awareness, sales and other KPI's 
  • Achieve agreed upon collaboration targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Measure and analyze the performance of influencer partnerships to drive growth and continuously improve performance
  • Stay on top of social media trends and best practices
