We're now looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team in New York. This individual will work closely with our Americas corporate offices and our headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden to ensure the correct store development, project administration, delivery of items and schedule management. 

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Assist our Head of Retail Projects to project manage construction and design for retail locations across the Americas markets
  • Collaborating closely with global retail team, brand, 3rd party architects + general contractors, landlords, and other involved parties from design development through delivery to retail team 
  • Assist to evaluate locations, building conditions, and estimate budgets
  • Lead and motivate all project stakeholders towards timely delivery stores
  • Participate in sourcing new suppliers and vendors to facilitate project execution
  • Develop studies to help evaluate locations and estimate budgets
  • Site visits from project inception to completion  

WHO YOU ARE

  • 2-4 years of relevant retail construction project manager experience
  • Degree in Architecture or Interior Design is a plus!
  • Detail oriented, proactive and extremely organized
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Auto CAD / Sketch Up skills
  • Has an eye for design with the ability to make decisions on the fly while on-site 
  • Experience with vendors/brokers and the ability to manage parties both internally and externally  
  • Has a strong understanding for architectural drawings and construction site management 
  • Bi-lingual; English and Spanish speaking is a plus
  • Skilled at communicating both to the Americas and global teams
  • Available to travel
