Our stores are our most important point of contact with our customers. We are continuing to build our global movement, so we are looking for a Store Manager who is able to create a positive, dynamic and fun environment for both staff and customers.

YOUR CHALLENGE

The Store Manager is responsible for leading the DW store in all aspects, including: driving sales, motivating your team, administering the day-to-day, and building brand awareness.

You will have the task of guiding your team with a focus on sales development and ongoing training. By encouraging daily innovation and creativity, you will contribute to increased sales in the store. You have experience as Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager, so you are able to understand and perform activities related to the daily routine within the store. You know how to direct the team towards success, taking on a series of responsibilities. 

WHO YOU ARE

You have solid leadership, organization and relationship skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and creatively.

  • You have gained experience in the Retail sector as a Store Manager (or at least 2 years experience as Assistant Store Manager).
  • You have experience in building energetic and results-oriented sales teams
  • You love working with other people and you know how to motivate them
  • You are enthusiastic and know how to create the ideal work environment for your team
  • You have great leadership and people management skills 
  • You are able to readily identify opportunities and solutions
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken 
  • Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered a plus
