We're now looking for... 



In this role, you will own one of the biggest areas of our business for the Americas stronghold. You will work side by side with our leadership team, working cross-functionally and together with the E-Commerce teams around the globe.



Developing e-commerce on the local storefronts of DanielWellington.com, focusing on our Mexican, Canadian, U.S., and other emerging sites. This includes:

·       High and low level prioritization to maximize online revenue for the regions

·       Strong focus on new customer acquisition driven from paid, earned, and owned media

·       Local conversion optimization through management of local UX issues, shipping and payment methods etc.

·       Adapting global and local campaigns to local market conditions

·       Main contact for customer experience and logistics on local customer service and delivery issues

·       Communicate analysis of sales and reporting on central KPI's - such as conversion rates, average order value, and retention for the regional markets

·       Assuring quality of new content and functionality on the regional sites and drive localization for high potential countries within the region

·       Lead and manage at least one direct report, providing ongoing support and guidance to this person and others



·       5-7 years of experience with progressive e-Commerce including successfully developing and implementing E-Commerce strategies with proven ability to deliver sales targets *Accessories/Lifestyle/Beauty industry experience preferred

·       Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Omni-channel Marketing or related field required. MBA preferred.

·       Demonstrated leadership capabilities

·       Global perspective, cultural sensitivity as well as entrepreneurial mindset

·       Strong verbal and writing skills in English

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple assignments

·       Ability to work independently, meeting goals and deadlines with limited supervision

·      Team-player as we work cross-functionally and will sometimes wear many hats as we emerge into new markets

·      You don't take yourself too serious and have a good sense of humor :-)
