One of Daniel Wellington’s biggest success factors to date is through our use of influencer marketing. Now there is the opportunity to lead our Marketing department in the USA, our main advocate of sales and brand worldwide.  


You will be the Marketing Manager for the United States, leading a team of 8-10. You will be responsible for executing global and local campaigns and overseeing all marketing for the USA company. You will also be responsible for establishing and executing the commercial calendar for the United States market, which will include events, store openings and planning the media. 

  • Develop and execute the short and long term strategy United States 
  • Planning, implementation and evaluation of local campaigns. 
  • Work closely with the Brand and Creative team to create marketing materials 
  • Develop strategies and tactics to increase our brand awareness and drive traffic to our sales channels in the best possible way 
  • Work with the team to be more efficient with the execution of the strategy to boost sales and brand recognition 
  • Develop and grow the current marketing team 
  • Oversee the United States marketing budget 
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals 
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives. 


  • Minimum experience of 3-4 years leading high performance teams 
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to drive team towards sales objectives 
  • Extensive knowledge of influencer marketing in all shapes and forms 
  • Understanding of retail and wholesale marketing 
  • Understanding of PR and partnerships 
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns 
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity 
  • Strong social skills with the ability to establish relationships quickly 
  • An inspirational leader 
  • International experience 
  • Ability to travel as necessary
