We are seeking a Customer Experience Agent to join our team based in Mexico City!

In this role, you will work closely with our sales, marketing, logistics and other key areas of the business. This is a hands-on role, working both with our product and interacting directly with our customers via phone, email, and live chat.

WHAT YOU'LL BE UP TO 

Interacting with our customers, creating an unparalleled experience – the Daniel Wellington Way – for everyone who comes into contact with us. You may be the only contact the customer has with Daniel Wellington, which means you are the brand in the customer’s eyes. This is a role where you will use your communications skills, passion for service, and contribute to developing our truly global brand to the next level.

  • Troubleshooting customer’s issues and assisting them prior to purchasing a product
  • Understanding a customer’s needs and expectations and ensuring they have an excellent customer experience
  • Providing customers with information about our products and offerings (e.g. promotions, return and warranty policies, payment options, etc.)
  • Coordinate together with our warehouse to make sure we can solve potential customer issues in a timely manner

WHO YOU ARE

  • You’re fluent in Spanish with an intermediate level of English
  • Written & verbal communication in both English and Spanish
  • We are moving fast - you will need to have the desire to do the same
  • You want to contribute new ideas and help us develop the customer experience
  • You accept every and any challenge put in front of you and are determined to achieve them
  • You understand the connection between the support you give and how it contributes to our overall e-commerce business 
  • Driven to achieve individual and team goals
  • You enjoy working on an ever-growing team
  • You’re a fast typer!
