Retail Store Manager

Daniel Wellington is seeking a passionate, dedicated Retail Store Manager for our brand new location opening soon in Union Square, San Francisco!

The Store Manager is responsible for leading the DW store in all aspects, including: driving sales, motivating your team, administering the day-to-day, and building brand awareness.

 

What You'll Be Up To:

* Lead, train and manage your team, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and driving selling efforts

* Drive and analyze weekly sales, working together with your Regional Sales Manager to create rewarding initiatives for both our customer and employees

* Act and inspire as the first offline experience touch point, leaving customers with a great impression of the brand

* Oversee daily merchandising, presentation, and maintenance, ensuring the store display is in premium condition at all times

* Assistant customers in choosing their perfect style companion

* Communicate DW’s values to customers and educate customers about the brand

* Bring innovation and creativity to our retail concept

* Build a strong team and constantly focus on improving the overall in-store experience

* Ensure proper stock levels of merchandise

* Represent DW as a skilled brand ambassador

 

Who You Are:

* Retail background with 1 year of retail sales management experience

* Experience with training teams in sales and service

* You have excellent customer service skills, can identify customer needs, and are solution oriented

* Understand the Daniel Wellington aesthetic and visual language

* Have a passion for the mission to engage with our wide, global customer base

* Sales driven and results oriented

* A leader who is not afraid to identify and voice opportunities

* Enthusiastic and inviting, a friend to every customer

* Desire to be part of a growing, global team

* Positive energy and self-starter

* Organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize

* This is a 40 hour work week. You must be able to work two Saturday's each month as it's our busiest day of sales :-)
